How to Pay Tour Hosting Subscription Invoice

    To Login:

    If you are a Tourbuzz client login through : app.urbanimmersive.com
    Use the email address associate to your Tourbuzz account.
    If your password has not been established click on "forgotten password"

    You do not need to open a new account, if you wish to transition over to the Business Solutions platform, please contact the support team

1. Click "MY INVOICES" menu

2. Look for invoices with status "Pending payment" and click on the 3 dots to open the menu and click "Payment"

3. Click on "Make a payment"

4. Choose your Payment Method 

Add credit card details if needed

Check to save your credit card to assure automatic payment each month.

5. Click "Pay"
