Silk is a single property web experience that allows you to market a property with a website look and feel. Silk provides a modern, sleek, single property marketing website experience.

We understand the modern home buyer needs more than stimulating images to drive interest in the home. Other factors, such as schools and businesses within walking distance, are an example of how integration between data and beautiful imagery can deliver value. Silk seamlessly blends these needs together in an easy to consume presentation that is responsive and mobile friendly.

If you make changes in a design, these changes will affect all the tours to which that design is assigned. To avoid changing any old tours please duplicate the design and give it a specific name.

Options Defined

Nickname

This can be anything you’d like. For example, if you needed to create a new Silk option to reflect the colors of Keller William, you can set the nickname to “Silk [Keller Williams]” to make it easily stand out.

Primary color 

This design uses a primary color value to calculate the supporting and accent colors. The design requires you to pick a primary color that is on the darker side. You can use any hue, it just has to be a deep shade of the hue.

Base Font

This setting defines what font will be reflected throughout the page.

Number of images to display in highlight reel

The Highlight Reel is designed to showcase the top 8, 12 or all images of the property with the full image gallery below. By default, this is set to display the first 12 images/videos. To turn this setting “off”, simply change this to display 1 image.

Visibility of play and pause controls in highlight reel

This setting allows you to display or hide the play/pause controls in the highlight reel.

Visibility of headings in the highlight reel.

This setting allows you to show the headings in the highlight reel, show it on the first media item only or hide it completely.

Visibility of background color on the highlight reel

This setting allows you to show or hide the background color on the highlight reel. 

Visibility of agent branding and headings 1 and 2 at top of the tour. 

This setting allows you to show or hide agent branding and headings at the top of the tour.

Media layout is displayed inline or in buckets

We have two styles, the first displays all the media sections inline in the design and the second creates media section areas.

Set display of photos when 'Inline' media layout option is selected above 

When Media layout is set to ' inline' this setting give you two photo display options. 'Carousel' displays images in an automatically scrolling carousel. 'Gallery' shows images uncropped in a gallery layout, with sizing options

Shortcut Bar bar at bottom of page on scroll

`This setting allows you to display a persistent shortcut bar across the bottom of the browser window.

Image Name Visibility, Description In Slideshow

This setting lets you define whether the image titles/description will appear within the image slideshow

Font Size of image name/description in slideshow

This setting lets you define the size (small, medium, large) of the font size displayed within the slideshow portion of the tour page

Location of image name/description visibility in gallery slideshow

This setting lets you define the location of where the image titles/description will appear within the image slideshow

Transition used in slideshow

Here you have several options with how you would like the transition between photos to appear

Transition used in highlight reel

If you have the highlight reel setting at 8, 12 or all images, this setting will define the transition between those images. (*will not apply if highlight reel is set to 1 image)

Static or animated open house banner

This setting will allow you to choose whether the open house banner is static at the top of the design, or flashes every few seconds.

Set Letterboxing of Media in the Highlight Reel

Allows the highlight reel to be letterboxed when 'video slideshow mode' is off.

Show / Hide panorama dialog box.

Standard or prominent audio button

This setting allows give you two options for the audio button.

Static or animated audio button

This setting allows you to animate the audio button.
