Why is my customer missing the MLS folder?

If the MLS folder is not viewable by your agent, it means that we do not have the image dimensions for that particular MLS service OR an MLS has not been added to the tour information itself. If this happens, first ensure an MLS has been added to the tour. If an MLS has been added, but the MLS folder is not appearing in the client download center, you'll need to reach out to the MLS and request the dimensions.

Once you have this information, please contact us so we may update the MLS accordingly. As soon as it is updated, the folder will be available for them.
