How can I reset my UI password ?

You have an easy option to reset your password manually. This support article will walk you through logging in to your customer's account and updating their password for them. 


In your account, head to My Account > Profile Settings in the top right corner. 


Click on “click here to change your password.”

**Bonus! You can also update/change your username directly above this as well! Make sure to scroll to the bottom and save once you've made the changes.


Input the new password information and click Update
